CONTEST RULES for Sales Representatives and Managers

CONTEST OBJECTIVE: Sell with RM Custom Select.

POINT SYSTEM: Points are accumulated based on the following formula. Policies are subject to a point accelerator. 

Only YU property policies are eligible and count towards the contest.

WHO WILL WIN?

Top Five (5) Regional Accounts Producers
Eligibility: All Regional Accounts Producers.
Criteria: Top five (5) Regional Accounts Producers who acquire the most points as defined in the above Point System will win the Grand Prize.
Minimum Requirements: Must sell minimum of three (3) new business property policies and $750K in new property premium.
Tiebreaker: Tiebreaker is based on number of new property policies sold for $250,000 or more in new property premium.
Top Eight (8) Business Accounts Producers
Eligibility: All Business Accounts Producers.
Criteria: Top eight (8) Business Accounts Producers who acquire the most points as defined in the above Point System will win the Grand Prize.

Minimum Requirements:

Must sell minimum of three (3) new business property policies and $300,000 in new property premium.
Tiebreaker: Tiebreaker is based on number of new property policies sold for $75,000 or more in new property premium.
Top Five (5) Commercial Accounts Producers
Eligibility:

All Commercial Accounts Producers

Criteria: Top five (5) Commercial Accounts Producers who acquire the most points as defined in the above Point System will win the Grand Prize.
Minimum Requirements: Must sell minimum of four (4) new business property policies and $85,000 in new property premium.
Tiebreaker: Tiebreaker is based on number of new property policies sold for $25,000 or more in new property premium.
 
Top Division
Criteria: Top Division Sales Manager who achieved the highest percent of their new business property goal for 2008.

Minimum Requirements:

Individual must be in their role for nine (9) months or more during the contest period. LMP must receive managers’ new business property goal by 3/31/2008. If we do not receive managers’ goals by 3/31/2008, LMP will assign a goal based on previous year’s results and regional direct operations goals.
Tiebreaker:

Division Sales Manager with the highest average property account size.

Top Regional Accounts
Criteria: Top Regional Accounts Sales Manager who achieved the highest percent of their new business property goal for 2008.
Minimum Requirements: Individual must be in their role for nine (9) months or more during the contest period.

LMP must receive managers’ new business property goal by 3/31/2008. If we do not receive managers’ goals by 3/31/2008, LMP will assign a goal based on previous year’s results and regional direct operations goals.

Tiebreaker: Regional Accounts Sales Manager with the highest average property account size.
Top Business Accounts
Criteria: Top Business Accounts Regional Sales Manager who achieved the highest percent of their new business property goal for 2008.
Minimum Requirements: Individual must be in their role for nine (9) months or more during the contest period.
Tiebreaker: Business Accounts Regional Sales Manager with the highest average property account size.
Top Commercial Accounts
Criteria: Top Commercial Accounts Regional Sales Manager who achieved the highest percent of their new business property goal for 2008.
Minimum Requirements: Individual must be in their role for nine (9) months or more during the contest period.
Tiebreaker: Commercial Accounts Regional Sales Manager with the highest average property account size.
Top Two (2) Commercial Accounts
Criteria: Two Commercial Accounts Sales Managers who achieved the highest percent of their new business property goal for 2008.
Minimum Requirements: Individual must be in their role for nine (9) months or more during the contest period.
Tiebreaker: Commercial Accounts Sales Manager with the highest average property account size.

All results are subject to audit. Reserves the right to postpone, cancel and change the rules of the contest at any given time. Winners must be employed and in good standing at the time the awards are presented to be eligible for prizes.
