CONTEST RULES for Underwriters
OVERVIEW: Sales Producers, Managers and underwriters will be rewarded for selling new property policies with effective dates. The criteria for winning are outlined below. The Grand Prize will be awarded in Q1, 2009.
TO QUALIFY: Underwriters must submit targeted lists to K. Jacks and their managers on or before:
CONTEST OBJECTIVES: Focusing on accounts with RM Custom Select and work with sales reps to target new business.
POINT SYSTEM: Underwriters will earn one (1) point for every $1,000 of new propery. Earn 100 additional bonus points for each policy sold. Bonus points from the sale of Custom Select policies will be capped for veteran underwriter for the year.
WHO WINS?
One (1) underwriting manager who achieves the highest percent over their new business goal (premium) from 1/1/2008 through 12/31/2008.
